First and foremost, we are all a part of Asheron's Call and as so we all abide by the Code of Conduct and EULA set by Turbine.

• Stand for what you believe in during conflicts, but keep a cool head and make rational decisions.
• When members need assistance, be as helpful as you can if you are available.
• Be aware of the fact that there are players of all ages, sexes, religious beliefs, political stances and sexual preferences and respect that by keeping your language and topic of discussions appropriate for all.
• Be prepared for quests, and do not do things that will hold back the group. See the Hunt/Quest Guidelines for further information.
• We do not lie, cheat, or steal from anybody. We respect the right for someone to ground mule, so make sure to ask before picking up random items on the ground at both the mansion and at the bindstone. We honor all agreements set in trades.
• We do not line jump, kill steal, quest jump, flame or in any other way grief our fellow players, this stands for both in game and on game related message forums.
• In PK/PKL, do not attack another member without their consent. Attacking someone while they are buffing or AFK is in no way acceptable. This does not mean you can go AFK to avoid losing a duel. Do not interfere in a member vs. member duels. Outside guild related battles, the general server rules apply: If you are PK/PKL, expect to be killed under any circumstance.

How to Deal With Arguments and Complaints

Do not take arguments or complaints to allegiance chat or open chat, if it can not be sorted through in private tells with you and the one you are having problem with, then send a private tell to one of the support groups leaders if it is directly linked to any support group activity, one of the officers, or the monarch.

The mediator will listen to all sides to any story; if possible a fellowship with all involved parties should be done.

Under no circumstances will bad mouthing or disrespectful words be allowed.
Even if you from start were the offended person, doing that will put you at risk of being booted from the allegiance.

If for some reason you are being booted from allegiance chat you will be told a reason, do not immediately log in allegiance chat again and complain, but stay out of allegiance chat and talk to the officer/monarch that booted you through private tells

The guild CoC is very clear, and breaking it will from now on be looked at more harshly. By swearing into the guild you agreed to abide by the guilds CoC as well as the games CoC, and you also accept that any breaking of the CoC’s can warrant a boot from the guild by the monarch or an officer. If you feel you have been treated unjustly log on the forum and send a complaint through a private message.

We will not pay any heed to complaints in open chat in game or a public post.

When you gain new followers it is your duty to make sure they know about the guild CoC and that they are willing and capable of abiding by it and that they are also aware of how things should be handled as described above.
