Ninavie says, "We're only oldies here today so I'll skip the boring lecture on the rules, you all know if you disrupt the meeting,,, there will be severe consequences"

Ninavie says, "We really only have 1 thing to discuss this time. And that's the future of TID"
Ninavie says, "TID had become rather inactive during the last few months and much of that is due to the leadership being inactive."
Ninavie says, "So we're bringing up some suggested changes and want to hear the members opinions and thoughts"
Ninavie says, "I'll start with saying that I am not leaving the game, and I am not stepping down as a monarch today. I know there has been several people thinking that a possibility"
Ninavie says, "However, I have not for a while now been the best monarch and I am considering stepping down"
Ninavie says, "If I did I would very much like to see TID stay TID, and one way for that to be, would be me swearing to Vanykrye"
Ninavie says, "He has been second in command for a long time and I don't think anyone doubts that he would do great as our monarch."
Ninavie says, "Another option would be for TID to join another guild"
Vanykrye says, "Aiymi Katashi tells you, "drive us nuts..... but probably do well ;)""

Daggerwood says, "I am not sure that I agree that it is a leadership issue but I would not be opposed to any changes that would work for you all"
Ninavie says, "If, TID as a family decide to move, we are suggesting Angeni's guild, as they share alot of the same views of clean, respectful fun in this game as we do"

Ninavie says, "It is of course the decision of each one of us where we wish to go"
Ninavie says, "As a guild we might not go anywhere, but we do want to give options"
Ninavie says, "And the guild will see changes, maybe some smaller, maybe some bigger"
Ninavie says, "And we want everyone to have a voice in what is happening"
Ninavie says, "One of the changes that will be happening today tho is with the current second in commands"

You say, "As some of you may have noticed, I have not been playing very much lately and have not been keeping up with my responsibilities"
You say, "Unfortunatly RL things have been taking up more of my time, and my interest in the game has been going down abit lately"
You say, "now I am not planning on quitting"
You say, "however I think it fair that I step down now as an officer."
You say, "I plan to continue to stay was webmaster so I will still be helping there"
You say, "It was an honor to serve as an officer for you guys and I hope that I was able to be helpful atleast occasionally :)"

Ninavie says, "Well, we have steadily, to WoW or other games. But not so that it is a contributing fact for todays talks really"

Ninavie says, "We have also gained new members that are returning to the game after breaks"

Vanykrye says, "Could you elaborate on why you wouldn't want us to join another clan as a whole group?"

Leon the Loyal says, "when Masun joined different clans it was really complicated"
Leon the Loyal says, "I was in this clan, but Kakene was in a different clan"
Leon the Loyal says, "I did not choose either. It was based on where patrons went"
Leon the Loyal says, "it took awhile to get all that straightened out; but it was an easy choice to bring Kakene into TID"

Daggerwood says, "I think we are all sad to see changes come though they are inevitable. There are less and less folks playing and more and more game options. The energy for this game will never again be what it once was but I am not unhappy about anything guildwise"
Vanykrye says, "Ok, well let me reiterate that nothing will be done without the guild's approval and knowledge."
Vanykrye says, "And by knowledge, I'm talking about informed opinion."

Daggerwood says, "Well I think that what you decide works for you all is fine with me, you have invested a great deal of time in leading and developing this guild"
Vanykrye says, "If it were to turn out that Nina decides to step down and after a few months of serious effort I find that I can't truly step in, then we would need to revisit the issue."

Leon the Loyal says, "I just wanted to say that activity is not everything. I think people who come in contact with TID are impressed with Nina's warmth and openness"
